The Company has been granted 2 Licences for Mineral Exploration in Western Poland by the Polish Ministry for Climate and Environment. These licences are contained in separate 100% Polish subsidiaries of K2O.

The Licences are for 5 years duration and K2O is required to drill 2 wells on each licence in that time. The Company is planning to drill all 4 wells vertically in the second half of 2025 in pairs down and through the potash layers and also drill a number of horizontal holes through the several horizons of Potash for test work. We refer to these horizons as K2 being older Permian and K3 being the younger Permian.
