Michael Beer

Executive Chairman

Michael commenced his career as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers and is an FCA. He has had detailed hands on experience with Mine development, including Olympic Dam (South Australia), Fosterville (Victoria) and Indee (WA), now part of De Grey Mining.

He has worked internationally with British Petroleum (BP) in financial roles.

Mr Beer was MD of the company which discovered and built Indee, a gold project in the remote Pilbara region of WA.

Mr Beer runs his own Corporate Advisory business assisting many Resources companies with advisory and capital raisings.

Justyn Stedwell

Frank Cannavo

Non-Executive Director

Mr Cannavo is an experienced public company director and entrepreneur with significant business and investment experience across a number of industries, including mining and natural resources.

He has a strong network of investors and industry contacts throughout the Asia-Pacific region and has extensive experience in capital raising, investments and initial public offerings. Mr Cannavo has been instrumental in assisting several listed and unlisted companies achieve their growth strategies through the raising of capital and the acquisition of assets.

Mr Eric Rasmussen

Non-Executive Director

Eric has dual Danish and British citizenship and he holds a master degree in commercial law and finance from Aarhus Business School (Denmark) and added diplomas in international management, ESG action planning in energy and mining. He is a certified chief sustainability officer from MIT and also a certified teacher. Over the past decade served as a part-time lecturer for mining students at the University of Liege, Belgium. Eric joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Bank (“EBRD”) in 1995 with a focus on project development in Russia and the Baltics.

In 2003 he was appointed deputy of operations in Russia and assumed the role as Director of Industry, Commerce and Agribusiness i n 2006. Eric was appointed EBRD’s global Director of Natural Resources in 2013, where he spearheaded a new EBRD mining strategy and innovative finance structures for exploration companies. He designed and launched effective policy dialogues on mining reform in various emerging market countries. He consulted 2022 – 2023 as Chief Advisor on Renewables and Project Finance to Rio Tinto. Eric is highly experienced in assisting industrial partners in counter-party due diligence and problem solving in difficult emerging markets.

He has served on numerous boards of joint ventures with prominent partners such as Toyota, Solvay, Danone, Carlsberg, Adriatic Metals, Electrum Discovery, and Naftogaz, and, as chairman of the board, for over 6 years on a fast-growing vaccine start-up.
